This is a recipe from Sandra Lee. She has a 70/30 formula for her recipes, which go 70% Homemade 30% prepared or prepackaged. I liked this recipe because you could go as fresh as you want. The recipe is beautiful and would make a really healthy breakfast. Lychee nuts are one of my favorite things, I’ve been craving them and poof!, they popped right up in a recipe. Wonderful.
